Since this is a very specific and time-critical business, we guarantee our customers a very precise SLA (Service Level Agreement) both for starting the requested solution, as well as for its solution. These guarantees are part of the standard offer.

As part of the provision of SLA and other post-implementation support servers, we abide by very precise rules with the aim to ascertain the high quality of provided services. The entire process is standardized and managed with a clearly defined methodology. The provision of the Requester helpdesk application to our customers is a given.
